Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Senior Research Technician will provide technical support for translational immunology and neuro-oncology research focused on T-cell trafficking, tumor immunology, and CAR-T cell therapy for brain tumors. The researcher will perform and optimize complex laboratory procedures including tissue and blood processing, multiparameter flow cytometry, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical staining, cell culture, CAR-T cell functional assays, cytokine analyses, molecular biology techniques, and animal tumor studies.
