About this role

CPI Security, a leader in security and smart home solutions, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance/Fleet Lead to help keep our facilities, equipment, and fleet operating safely and efficiently. This role supports general maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, and day-to-day facility and fleet needs across assigned locations. Core responsibility will be based at our location in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working independently while following established procedures and safety standards.
