About this role

CPI Security in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven QA Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role will focus on building and executing robust testing strategies for our Salesforce Customer 360 implementation, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, Field Service, ERP and integrations with backend systems via AWS. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test scripts to support regression, end-to-end, and smoke testing.
