About this role
Coho Integrated Solution are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Orthopedic Clinic at the 96th Medical Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, assist with orthopedic procedures, monitor patients, provide education, and support physicians, nurses, and other clinical personnel. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Provide nursing care to a variable patient population based on individual patient conditions and established procedures. Assess, recognize, document, and report relevant patient information and changes in patient condition. Administer prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous medications as authorized.…
