About this role
About the role: An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Credit Officer to join our team at Crown. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for credit review and debt collection. Duties and Responsibilities Contact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment. Provide customers with required information to assist in resolving outstanding debts. Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and /or queries. Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts.…
