Job Description: Job Purpose: To lead and motivate the team throughout the shift, in all aspects of normal line operation. This includes ensuring compliance with safety procedures, driving quality, production, spoilage, planning, leading changeovers, autonomous maintenance activities and problem solving. These activities are in addition to the core role, and the Team Leader remains part of the normal crewing levels. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Production All Team Leader roles to include the co-ordination of the following: Ensuring team’s compliance with all safety procedures and safe systems of work.
