About this role
Crypto.com is seeking an experienced, licensed registered representative to help grow the firm’s regulated securities business (Foris Capital). As a member of this team, you will be the front line of the firm’s contact with customers to help them with a range of needs from simple to complex via phone, email and chat. This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge related to equities trading, CRM platforms, margin accounts and options trading. Your job is not only to help our customers, but also to help us learn as a company from each interaction, so that we can optimize our customer experience and drive more users to our products.
