Exchange Operations Specialist (US)

A game goes to overtime. A player gets scratched an hour before puck drop. An election result gets called at 2am. You’re the one who makes sure our markets reflect reality—accurately, on time, and within CFTC standards. This is an operations role at the center of our predictive markets business. You’ll manage contracts from creation to settlement, monitor live events, research outcomes, and resolve disputes when things get complicated. You don’t need to be an engineer—but you need to think sharply, move fast, and care deeply about getting it right. This role lives at the intersection of sports, markets, and operations. You’ll have real ownership from day one.
