Product Director, Core Banking and Payments

About the Role This is a mission-critical product leadership role at the heart of Crypto.com's global trading engine. As Product Director, Core Banking & Payments, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for fiat pay-in (deposits) and pay-out (off-ramp) capabilities — the infrastructure that enables millions of Retail, Private, and Institutional clients to move money in and out of the platform, instantly, globally, and reliably. You will define where we build, which rails we use, which banks we partner with, and how we route transactions — with direct accountability for Total Funds Flow, acceptance rates, settlement speed, and cost-per-transaction across every market we operate in. This role reports to the VP of Product, Banking.
