Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $86,245.51 The Director of Transfer Student Success provides vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the college’s student success efforts for transfer students. The Director oversees the Transfer Center as the primary resource hub for students, faculty, and staff engaged in the transfer process, and directs and supports the Weiler Scholars Program. This role is responsible for the development and coordination of student success program partnerships, advising strategies, and programming that advance successful transfer outcomes. The Director supervises the Transfer Student Success team that provides direct support to students and facilitates key initiatives and resources that connect students to baccalaureate degree opportunities.…
