Compensation Type: Hourly Compensation: $20.85 The Specialist, Student Support & Retention develops meaningful relationships with students throughout their educational journey and provides individualized support designed to improve persistence, academic achievement, credential completion, graduation, and transfer readiness at the Delaware Campus. The Specialist utilizes data-informed practices and student success technologies to identify at-risk students and implement targeted interventions that support student success.
