JOB SUMMARY This position is under the direction of the Building Official, supervise, evaluate, train and coordinate the work of building inspectors performing inspection work in all phases of construction, alteration, and repair for compliance to approve plans, specifications, and state and local codes; to perform the more difficult or problem inspections; and to perform related work.
