Job Description Position Summary: This position serves as the primary supervisor for a group of Accommodation Specialists; providing guidance and specialized knowledge to complex accommodation situations as well as individualized support, feedback, and growth opportunities to direct reports. This position specializes in supporting students with disabilities seeking accommodations, guiding them through an individualized, interactive, and ongoing assessment process. The position evaluates documentation, functional limitations, and student narratives to determine reasonable accommodations that ensure equal access while maintaining compliance with legal and institutional standards including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.…
