Job Description Position Summary: The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) is seeking applications for Assistant Professors in the area of Nutrition Science. The 9-month tenure/tenure track appointment will begin August 16, 2027. The Assistant Professor will develop and maintain a nationally recognized, externally funded research program in nutrition science that complements departmental research in areas such as cardiometabolic health, nutrient metabolism, functional foods, vascular function, and nutritional immunology. This position integrates research with existing department, college, and university priorities; teaches and mentors undergraduate and graduate students; and contributes to collaborative research activities with academic and industry partners.…
