Job Description Position Summary: This Environmental Analyst – National Environmental Policy Act/Environmental Baseline Surveys (NEPA/EBS) will provide technical expertise and support to the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) Plans and Requirements Branch at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, with a primary focus on the EBS Program. They will provide environmental expertise, analysis, and technical review. The Environmental Analyst – NEPA/EBS will be responsible for preparing EBS documents, interpreting EBS documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidance, and will coordinate with General Counsel on legal sufficiency of contracted documents.…
