About this role

Your mission Aufgabenbereiche Beratung der Projektentwicklung bei Wind-, (Agri-)PV- und BESS-Projekten, insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen: Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht EEG und Regulierung Bürgerbeteiligungskonzepte Netzanschlussthemen Vermarktungskonzepte Kooperationsverträge Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten (z.B. Verhandlung von TSAs, Wartungsverträge, Direktvermarkungsverträge etc.) Koordinierung externer Kanzleien. Unterstützung bei dem Erwerb von Erneuerbare Energie Projekten, insbesondere bei der Bewertung der Projekte. Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei allgemein anfallenden Rechtsfragen.
