About this role

Cura Health is looking for a committed Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team, providing support to the Director of nursing and participating in the on-call support as part of our dedicated nursing leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of nursing services, ensuring excellent patient care, and acting as a reliable resource during on-call rotations. The position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capability to respond promptly to facility needs outside regular business hours when on call.
