Cura Health is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MDS Nurse Leader to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments to ensure accurate and timely documentation, supporting quality care and regulatory compliance. As the MDS Nurse Leader, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident assessments, develop care plans, and contribute to the overall delivery of excellent patient care. This individual will also participate in a every third week call rotation.
