Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support audit and compliance initiatives across HR and other business functions. In this role, you will assist in conducting operational audits, monitoring compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business records and documentation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help identify process gaps, track corrective actions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and operational processes.
