Job Title Technician Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently. Attend to feedback or complaints from tenants, clients or building users. Conduct regular inspection to ensure the facilities, equipment and building systems are in good working order. Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests. Supervise vendors/Contractors on routine & ad-hoc works during and after office hours. Assist on logistics and events support. Meters reading (e.g. Electricity, Water and BTU) Assist in incident reporting. Cover duties for Fire Command Centre Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisors.…
