Job Purpose: To make sure the seating solutions are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards. Main Tasks to be completed: This is not exhaustive but should cover the main tasks Responsible for ensuring works orders are completed and delivered on time to specifications. The role holder will also be tasked with ensuring the teams KPIs and objectives are being met. Support the development of direct reports, by acting as a mentor and supporting continuous improvement activities.
