This position plays a key role in supporting the Materials and Operations Department by managing production scheduling, service parts/Aftermarket administration, and customer service, applying supply chain principles and process improvement. The Production Planner and Customer Service must be able to perform root cause analysis, articulate findings, and create and implement solutions that ensure compliance with the production plan and customer commitments. Demand Management and Customer Service Receive customer demand via EDI, email, or PDF/TXT files and load demand into the system.
