About this role
Our client is a private equity backed homewear supplier and retailer, and are currently recruiting for a Head of HR. As the head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function including creating and implementing a people strategy in support of the business strategy, leading all operational HR activities, ensuring the appropriate compliance, and, providing insight and advice to the CEO and Executive Team,. The ideal Head of HR will havegood experience in operations and also driving culture change and performance management. We are looking for someone who is very personable with an experience of working in a business turn-around situation.
