Job Title Senior Occupancy Planner Job Description Summary Job Description BUSINESS LINE Integrated Facilities Management REPORTING TO Site Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:: 1 Space Planning & Design Develop and maintain workspace layouts based on business needs and headcount Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD/Revit Optimize seating arrangements, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and support areas Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory norms 2 Space Utilization & Analytics Conduct regular space utilization studies and audits Analyze occupancy data and generate insights (density, vacancy, efficiency ratios) Recommend optimization strategies (hot desking, consolidation, reconfiguration) Prepare reports and dashboards for client review 3 Move/Add/Change (MAC) Manageme…
