Reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and turn one-time buyers into loyal fans — with tools purpose-built for every touchpoint after the sale. The Role We're hiring someone to own social end to end: set the strategy, build the channels, and lead the function as it grows. Be clear on what this is: for the first stretch, you are the strategy and the execution. You'll be writing, filming, posting, and in the comments yourself.
