Regional Director Reporting : Position reports to a Vice President of Operations CWS Portfolio : 104 properties, 30,000+ class A units in North Carolina, California, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee and Washington. CWS expects the portfolio to grow to 150 properties in the next five years. Employee Responsibility : Approximately 30+ on-site employees report up through this position.
