About this role
About the Role Cyclomedia is hiring an operational leader to run our Data Capture and Customer Support teams in the US. You will own end-to-end delivery of all US capture operations, DCR and Pavement, making sure the imagery and data our clients rely on is captured on time, on budget, and at the quality they expect. You will plan, forecast, and execute capture programs across DCR and Pavement, build a staffing and equipment base that can absorb risk, and get ahead of issues before they reach our operations. You will also lead our Customer Support team and act as a direct point of contact for key US clients, so they get clear, timely engagement on delivery status, escalations, and adoption of our products.
