We are looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Ducks Halt. Based in the picturesque village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
