We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days Nights and Weekends) in a Level 2 Rehab setting working with male mental health client group at Cygnet Oaks. Cygnet Oaks is a 35 bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men, providing a multi-disciplinary treatment programme designed to assist individuals with their return to independent living.…
