We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds. Supported Living in Leeds provides eighteen tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.…
