The Capacity & Risk Team Manager leads a central team responsible for ensuring new capacity is delivered into operations safely, consistently, and at scale. This role manages a multidisciplinary team of engineers and program managers and is accountable for identifying and mitigating operational risk during design, construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations. This leader provides early visibility into major risks, drives resolution before handoff, and serves as the primary escalation point for operational and technical issues related to new capacity.
