About this role
We are seeking an established and dependable professional to serve as Security Operations Technician II. Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, this role provides onsite security operations and technical security support across critical data center environments within one or more assigned metros, with accountability for troubleshooting, repair, replacement, preventive maintenance, operational readiness, and disciplined escalation.
