People Governance Advisor

Role Description You will be working as part of a team to support the People Governance Team Lead to provide a visible and highly proactive People governance service to management and all employees across the FNZ. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders across the business including internal and external audit, risk, compliance, information security and legal teams, to ensure there is effective People governance, controls and compliance with current legislative, regulatory and industry standards and regulations. This role will manage various People Risk and Compliance projects on a day to day basis.
