About this role

About the Role We are looking for an Individual Functional Test Manager to lead functional test delivery across assigned projects, workstreams, or client implementations. This is a hands-on functional test leadership role focused on test strategy, planning, execution oversight, quality governance, risk management, and release readiness. You will define and execute the functional test approach for your allocated scope, ensuring test coverage, traceability, defect management, evidence, reporting, and sign-off are delivered in line with FNZ SDLC and project delivery expectations.
