About this role

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support adoption, communication, and stakeholder enablement for the Workday Career Hub implementation within the Future Ready Talent programme. Responsibilities Support the Future Ready Talent (FRT) programme by driving adoption of key people and career-related changes, with a primary focus on the Career Hub (Workday module) . Translate programme objectives into clear change outcomes, success measures, and adoption KPIs. Conduct detailed change impact assessments, with a strong focus on employee and manager impacts related to Career Hub. Develop and deliver change management and communication strategies to support learning suggestion integrations within the FRT programme.…
