Compensation Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps Earn while you learn: $1,750 during training period. Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$100,000+ Top performers earn $150,000+ annually $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks.
