About this role

Inside the Role Processes product returns, including opening and examining customer returns, preparing documentation and entering data into warranty system. Provide support for rapid problem solving as it relates to failed components. Monitor quality for Detroit products and provide feedback through the warranty system. Initiate vendor recovery and corrective action through collaboration. Maintain minimum cycle time for material processing.
