About this role
Inside the Role Help support the people behind our aftermarket parts operations. As an HR Generalist, you’ll provide hands-on HR support at Daimler Truck North America’s Bridgeport Distribution Center in Swedesboro, New Jersey, while also supporting additional sites. The distribution center supplies aftermarket parts to DTNA’s dealer and distribution network. In this role, you’ll support employees and leaders across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance in a fast-paced operational environment.
