Inside the Role Leads and manages plant-level quality systems, processes, and teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements. Drives continuous improvement in product quality, manufacturing processes, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures alignment of quality strategy with operational objectives, including reduction of defects, warranty claims, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
