About this role
Inside the Role This position is the main point of contact to the TEM Integration Group for the DTNA Field Service organization in support of the upfit of TEM equipment onto DTNA chassis. This person will use documentation developed for Truck Equipment Manufactures to configure the vehicle to operate as needed to support the body's requirements, resolve electrical & electronic controls issues encountered during upfit, provide an escalation path into the engineering organization's subject matter experts and help direct DTNA field service to the sales and service organizations when needed.
