Paint Department Supervisor The Role Leads and coordinates paint activities across vessel projects to ensure that all surface preparation and painting works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Damen quality standards, project specifications, client requirements, and production schedules. Supervises shipyard and subcontractor paint teams, coordinates daily paint operations, monitors quality and progress, and works closely with Project Management, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure the timely and successful completion of painting activities.
