About this role
The Registration Specialist reports to and receives direction from the Manager, Registration and Denial Management and is responsible for registering patients at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). These functions include, but are not limited to, collecting and updating demographic and insurance information, confirming insurance eligibility, verifying benefits, and assisting patients with sign up for Patient Gateway. In addition, the Registration Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assigned work queues.
