This position will report to our Senior Managing Counsel, Corporate, and is a unique opportunity to advise on and drive a broad range of corporate matters, including governance, M&A and venture transactions, public company readiness and securities law compliance and subsidiary management, and to provide business-focused legal advice to stakeholders throughout Databricks on a daily basis.
