About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join us on an initial 6-month contract engagement. You'll work across high-profile customer projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and implementation teams. You'll lead Workday HCM workstreams from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and user training. This is a client-facing consulting role suited to an experienced Workday specialist who can confidently lead workshops, understand complex business requirements, and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
