This role will ensure our global benefits strategy is competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people and business goals, supporting a diverse and distributed workforce. You will play a critical role in shaping how we support employees globally—ensuring our benefits programs are inclusive, competitive, and scalable as we continue to grow across new markets.
