About this role

We are Datadog's in-house product experts. The Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team empowers customers through technical training sessions, ensuring they maximize the value of Datadog. We combine deep technical knowledge with a consultative approach, demonstrating best practices and tailoring training to specific use cases. As a Manager on this team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams across APJ, developing and coaching the Technical Enablement Managers (TEMs) who report to you, and evolving our enablement programs to better support customer adoption and success.
