About this role

Datadog’s Recruiting Operations team is on a mission to scale and optimize the Talent Acquisition organization through operational efficiency, best-in-class tooling and programs. We are looking for a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations on a 12-month contract to take ownership of our sourcing tech stack and get significantly more value out of both. This is a delivery-focused engagement with a clear mandate. Our sourcers and recruiters use our CRM as their candidate relationship management system and LinkedIn Recruiter as a major sourcing channel, and we believe we can get more of these platforms.…
