About this role
As Senior Group Manager of Experience Design on Datadog's Web Experience team, you will lead and grow the Experience Design group while remaining hands-on with the web experiences that matter most to our customers and business. You will manage two designers today and help shape how the team scales over time. You will set a high bar for craft and execution across research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, implementation, and post-launch quality. You will also evolve AI-assisted and code-connected design workflows, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Web Engineering, and Web Content Engineering to move from ideas to shipped experiences.…
