About this role
The Role: As a BIM Coordinator/MEP Modeler, you will work on high-value-added tasks in direct collaboration with engineers, supplier and contractors. Your primary mission will be to contribute to the construction of Data Centers. To achieve this, you will perform coordination and modeling across all project phases: design, execution, as-built, and potentially maintenance. Key Responsibilities: MEP Schematics: Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP schematics is required. You must be capable of creating or updating schematics using AutoCAD or Revit. MEP Modeling: Ability to develop comprehensive MEP models from schematics, 2D plans, or initial drafts. You will be responsible for extracting Quantities (QTO) and adding all necessary parameters and metadata to the elements.…
