About this role
Description: Votre rôle principal consiste à assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure IT et des environnements data center. Vous intervenez sur la résolution d’incidents techniques complexes, à distance comme sur site. Vous prenez en charge l’installation, la maintenance et la supervision des équipements serveurs et réseau. Vous coordonnez avec les équipes internes, les clients et les fournisseurs afin de garantir la qualité de service. Vous accompagnez les techniciens juniors et contribuez à l’amélioration continue des processus IT. Enfin, vous participez à la continuité de service et à la gestion des incidents critiques.…
